With the development of China's agricultural supply-side reform and the introduction and implementation of strict ecological environmental protection policies,it has caused great impact and influence on the feed industry.The high profit and high growth trend of the feed industry has slowed,accompanied by the more intense competition pattern of feed companies.The market share and the company's profitability have declined significantly as a result of the poor competition pattern of the feed industry and the accelerated homogenization of feed products.This poses a challenge to the present and future development of Shaanxi A feed company.Therefore,based on the analysis of the existing marketing value chain,this paper designs the marketing strategy scheme based on the value chain perspective in order to help Shaanxi A feed company adjust its marketing strategy and achieve stable and growing performance under the new competitive industry.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background,the significance of the research and the current research situation,and puts forward the marketing strategy of Shaanxi A feed company that needs to be adjusted urgently.Secondly,this paper introduces the relevant theoretical basis from the aspects of value chain and marketing strategy,and provides a theoretical foundation for the design of marketing strategy of Shaanxi A feed company.Thirdly,Shaanxi A feed company is analyzed through PEST analysis,SWOT analysis,five competitiveness analysis and value chain analysis.Finally,based on the value chain perspective,the marketing strategy of Shaanxi A feed company is constructed and designed.Through the marketing strategy construction and scheme design of Shaanxi A feed company based on value chain perspective,it is hoped that it will provide some useful reference for Shaanxi A feed company and other companies in the current situation of feed business development,so that Shaanxi A feed company and other companies can respond to this change in a timely manner and adjust their marketing strategies.Under the intense competition situation counterattack realizes the performance growth and the customer's lasting cooperation.
