In a short period of thirty years,China's feed industry has experienced rapid and rapid development from scratch,from small to large,and more than the United States to become the world's largest feed production country.However,in recent years,with the transformation of the supply and demand balance of the feed market and the increase of feed capacity,the market has changed from the seller's market to the buyer's market.For small and medium-sized feed enterprises,the market competition environment and the survival pressure are becoming more and more severe.How to survive and grow in the future feed industry of small and medium-sized enterprises is a matter of great concern for enterprises.This paper takes the A feed company as an example.Through the use of marketing theory as a breakthrough,the analysis of the external environment,the internal environment and the market environment of the enterprise,combined with the existing problems of the enterprise,reformulated the market marketing.The strategy provides a reference for the development of the enterprise.In this paper,the PEST method is used to analyze the macro environment of the enterprise comprehensively,and the characteristics of the industry chain of the animal husbandry industry and the whole external environment of the enterprise are fully analyzed.The internal environment of the A feed company is analyzed,including the basic situation of the enterprise,the marketing organization,the personnel and the ability of the enterprise,and the internal situation of the enterprise is fully grasps.Combined with the above analysis,the main marketing problems facing the company are summarized.On this basis,in view of the marketing problems that the company is facing at present,the market segmentation of A feed company is redefined,and the target market is delimited,and the accurate market positioning is carried out.Then the 4P analysis method is used to reformulate the product strategy,price strategy,promotion strategy and channel strategy of the A feed company,so that the product marketing strategy of the company is better matched with the market demand.
