Research On The Countermeasures For The Production And Development Of Economic Crops In Shenyang

As an important part of agricultural production,the production of economic crops is one of the main economic sources of farmers.Understand the economic crop production,crop production behavior of farmers' economic concern,understanding the existence and development of economic crops farmers from the perspective of the problem,analysis of factors affecting the economic development of the crop,to give some preferential policies,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the development of economic crops farmers,to increase farmers' income,to solve the "three rural issues",has important significance.In this paper,the comparative advantage analysis method is used to analyze the production status of four major economic crops in Shenyang,and evaluate the dominant areas of economic crops.The results showed that the dominant areas of the economic crops were Kangping oil economic crops,fruit and vegetable economic crops in Xinmin,fruit crops in Sujiatun,vegetable and mushroom economic crops in Yuhong.Then,by using the method of investigation and random sampling,the farmers in the four main economic crops producing areas in Shenyang were selected as the research objects,and the problems and causes of the development of Shenyang economic crops were studied from the perspective of farmers.The results show that farmers pursue the maximization of income in the decision of crop planting;few new varieties are introduced;lack of technical training in the production of economic crops;imperfect infrastructure in rural areas,market information circulation difference;poor storage and processing conditions of economic crops,low attention to the supervision of the production of economic crops;less economic crop cooperatives and imperfect service functions;a single marketing channel for cash crops;low degree of internet in rural areas;the strength of deep processing companies in economic crops is weak;farmers' awareness of independent brand is not strong.Finally,The countermeasures to promote the development of economic crops in Shenyang,including: Giving full play to the government's macro regulation and control function;introduction of new and superior varieties of economic crops;do a good job in technical training and propaganda work,cultivate excellent leaders;improving the construction of infrastructure,speed up the construction of information;methods and measures for improving the storage and preservation of economic crops;strict regulation of the production process of economic crops;perfect the service function of the economic crop cooperatives;developing a variety of sales channels;strengthening the construction of the market information system;actively support the deep processing enterprises of economic crops;implement brand strategy.
