With the increasingly intense competition in the banking market,talent as the core competitiveness of enterprises has become a key factor for enterprises to win fierce market competition.The traditional management mode of China's state-owned commercial banks is often inadequate in the face of the complex and changeable market environment in the new era and the fierce competition for talents.How to take effective measures to retain outstanding young employees,how to effectively improve the loyalty of young employees to the enterprise,reduce the high turnover rate of young employees,and reduce the negative impact caused by the large number of outstanding young employees has become a common challenge that China's state-owned commercial banks must face together.KF Branch of JS Bank is one of the four state-owned commercial banks in China.In recent years,as the secondary branch of JS bank,KF branch is facing the increasingly serious problem of the loss of young employees,which has restricted the development and growth of KF Branch of JS Bank.It has become the bottleneck of the development and growth of enterprises and endangers the sustainable development of enterprises.As a matter of fact,it has gradually become a puzzle that managers of enterprises have to face and need to be effectively solved.Therefore,this paper takes the loss of young employees in KF Branch of JS Bank as the research object,through the analysis and summary of the results of the questionnaire to finds out the root causes of the loss of young employees in the enterprise,and puts forward reasonable suggestions accordingly.This paper is mainly divided into six parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the research background and significance of this paper,the definition and analysis of the concepts related to youth turnover,and the research status of the problem of staff turnover in China.Chapter 2 is mainly the analysis of the theory and model of employee turnover involved in this paper.Chapter 3 describes the situation of KF Branch of JS Bank and its young employees,as well as the negative impact of the loss of young employees on enterprises.Chapter 4: Questionnaire survey and analysis,through the questionnaire survey combined with relevant theories,from the perspective of enterprises and young employees it has analyzed and summarized the reasons for the loss of young employees.Chapter 5: The countermeasures and suggestions,aiming at the problems of Chapter 4 enterprises,put forward corresponding and specific solutions,it is mainly from strengthening the management of employee care,corporate culture,employee training,salary system,employee promotion and other aspects to reduce the turnover rate of young employees and retain young employees.Chapter 6 is the summary and the research results of the whole paper,and the prospect of this problem and gives the prospects for this issue.Based on the research on the problem of youth employee turnover and the actual situation of JS bank KF branch,this paper proposes targeted and feasible solutions to the problem of youth employee turnover,which has a great positive effect on reducing the rate of youth employee turnover and the loss of young employees.At the same time,it also helps JS bank KF branch to improve the scientific level of its human resource management,which has certain reference value for other commercial Banks that facing such kind of problems.
