Due to the complexity and uncertainty of the economic and social environment in real life,it will become increasingly impossible for a single decision maker to consider all relevant aspects of a decision-making problem.In order to ensure the fairness,and reasonableness of decision-making,we often need multiple decision-makers to participate in the decision-making process.Group decision-making is the integration of preference information of different decision makers into a group's preference order process according to a certain rule,because it exists in all aspects of human daily economic activities,and has received extensive attention from scholars at home and abroad,and has achieved fruitful results in recent years.With the rapid development of information technology,the number of people involved in decision-making is increasing,and the differences in information are also different.How to aggregate different information and reach an unanimous consensus is getting more and more attention.The uncertainty of the external environment and individual experts makes it often used in the process of group decision making to determine uncertainties such as hesitant ambiguities,multiplicative numbers,and semantic fuzzy numbers.However,the existing literature still has incomplete research on uncertain information.Therefore,this paper makes some improvements,constructs two decision models,and uses examples to prove the effectiveness of the algorithm.Aim at the group decision-making problems faced by the decision-makers,this paper establishes a group decision-making model with additively-consistent priority ordered integration operators using the hesitant fuzzy set when there is a priority relationship.First of all,introduced the relevant concepts of fuzzy number,hesitant fuzzy set,weighted average,ordered weighted average operator,priority ordered weighted averaging operator,and introduced Hesitant Quantifier Guided Dominance Degree.Then,combining the priority ordered weighted averaging operator and the consistency of hesitant fuzzy preference relations,the AC-POWA was structured.Moreover,this paper presented an iterative consensus algorithm,where the identification and correction process are guided by the consensus degree and proximity measure of hesitant fuzzy preference relations.And studied the related properties simultaneously.A consensus algorithm which consists of three levels was presented used by similarity matrix.This paper created a feedback according to distance between information provided by each decision maker and polymerized overall preference relation.The order of the consensus preference relationship is more objective and credible by using Hesitant Quantifier Guided Dominance Degree based on ordered weighted average.At last,it provided a case study to illustrate the validity and rationality of the proposed method.Aim at the group decision-making problems faced by the decision-makers,this paper establishes a group decision-making model with multiplicative consistency priority ordered integration operators using intuitionistic multiplication set when there is a priority relationship.First of all,introduced the relevant concepts of intuitionistic multiplication set and intuitionistic multiplicative preference relations,weighted average,ordered weighted average operator,priority ordered weighted averaging operator,and intuitionistic quantifier guided non-dominance degree.Then,multiplicative consistent intuitionistic multiplicative priority ordered operator(MC-POWA)was present combine priority ordered weighted averaging operator and the theory of intuitionistic multiplicative preference relations.And studied the related properties simultaneously.A consensus algorithm which consists of three levels was presented used by similarity matrix.This paper created a feedback according to distance between information provided by each decision maker and polymerized overall preference relation.The order of the consensus preference relationship is more objective and credible by intuitionistic quantifier guided non-dominance degree based on ordered weighted average.At last,it provided one case study to illustrate the validity and rationality of the proposed method.
