With the arrival of information age,the leadership practices,leadership studies,leadership concept are faced with challenges,the connotation and extension of e-leadership is also in constant evolution and deepened.Today's e-leadership is no longer a technical level,but also a kind of organizational,company-wide,strategic management.At the individual level,e-leadership has varing degrees of impact on work attitude and work behavior of team members.At the organizational level,however,e-leadership has positive impacts on team innovation,knowledge sharing,team cohesion and team performance.In order to better adapt to the uncertainty of the environment and the complexity of the task,team work arises at the historic moment.High performance team has become the key to improve productivity and organizational success.Under the information environment,whether e-leadrship effectively arouse the enthusiasm of members,encourage them to keep on learning,enhance the cohesion,improve team performance to adapt to the change of internal as well as external environment and how it works are the focus of the corporate and theory world,and has become the important topic and focus in the field of management research.Based on these analyses,this study draw on e-leadership,team learning,team cohesion and team performance research,and try to build the model of relationship between e-leadership and team performance,and investigate the influence mechanism of e-leadership on team performance and the effects of team learning and team cohesion among them.We found that:(1)E-leadership can promote team learning;(2)E-leadership can improve team cohesion;(3)The implementation of e-leadership has positive effects on team performance;(4)Team learning support partially mediates the relationship between e-leadership and team performance;(5)Team cohesiveness support partially mediates the relationship between e-leadership and team performance.
