Influencing Mechanism Of The Entrepreneurial Team Embeddedness On Entrepreneurial Performance

Innovation is the soul of social progress and entrepreneurship is an important way to promote economic and social development and improve people's livelihood.Innovation and entrepreneurship are linked together and symbiotically coexist.In recent years,mass entrepreneurship and innovation have prospered.This has spawned a large number of emerging market forces,promoted profound changes in ideas,institutional innovation,and management methods for production and operations,effectively improving innovation efficiency and shortening innovation paths.Some entrepreneurial teams are short-lived,they may have a good start and profit from short-term innovative products or services,but they are lack of continuous innovation and development does not persist.Some entrepreneurial teams insist for a long time,but they lack innovation and stick to old products.,also ultimately lead to failure.Therefore,the entrepreneurial team needs both persistence and entrepreneurial orientation in the entrepreneurial process to achieve high entrepreneurial performance.This study combines the entrepreneurial team embeddedness scale and foreign mature scale that have been well developed and conducts research on entrepreneurial teams in multiple regions,we collected a total of 207 entrepreneurial teams' effective questionnaires,then we used the data analysis software SPSS20.0 and Mplus6.0 for data analysis.From the collected data we can draw the conclusions as follows.First,entrepreneurial team embeddedness has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.Second,entrepreneurial orientation is a partial mediator between the relation of entrepreneurial team embeddedness and entrepreneurial performance.Third,entrepreneurial persistence and entrepreneurial orientation interaction is a partial mediator between the relation of entrepreneurial team embeddedness and entrepreneurial performance.Fourth,environmental uncertainty has a positive regulation in the process of entrepreneurial team embeddedness influencing entrepreneurial performance.
