| At present,the recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment is one of the most important steps in building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society and has drawn wide attention from industry and academia.Through the recovery of waste electrical work,not only can reduce the cost of processing products,improve their own revenue,but also can achieve the conservation of resources.Therefore,the closed-loop supply chain has gradually become an important mode of operation and management.However,the current recycling of waste electrical appliances in China lacks a sound system,making it difficult for enterprises to choose an appropriate recycling channel.And due to the existence of the problem of "double marginal effect",the profit distribution mechanism established by the closed-loop supply chain among the members of enterprises is not mature.Based on a large amount of domestic and foreign literatures about the optimization of recycling strategy of waste electrical and electronic equipment,this article considers that the logistics cost incurred in the recycling process has an impact on the formulation of recycling strategy.From different aspects of the selection of recycling channels and contract coordination,the dissertation summarizes the formulation and optimization of the recycling strategy of waste electrical and electronic equipment and does the following research work:(1)Based on the recycle model of single-channel third-party recyclers,this paper focuses on the revenue sharing model of a three-stage closed-loop supply chain composed of a manufacturer,a retailer and a third-party recyclers.Based on the game theory,the decision-making model is constructed for the closed-loop supply chain in two different situations: centralized cooperation and non-cooperative decentralization.The reverse analysis is used to compare and analyze the models.On this basis,the revenue sharing contract is put forward to achieve the optimal status of the whole supply chain,and win-win situation among the participating members in the supply chain.(2)Based on the two-channel competition recovery model,consider the retailers and third-party recycling business is also responsible for the recovery of the work,and there is competition between the two.Based on the game theory,the decision-making model of closed-loop supply chain is constructed under two different situations: centralized cooperation and non-cooperative decentralization,and the reverse analysis is used to compare and analyze the models.According to the comparison result,an effective contract coordination mechanism is constructed to achieve the coordination of closed-loop supply chain system.(3)The concrete numerical results are used to verify the validity of the contract model built under two different recycling modes.Numerical simulation is carried out by using Matlab,and the selection method under different recycling situations is analyzed.Provide advice for enterprises to implement recycling and remanufacturing activities. |
