Based On The Grey Comprehensive Evaluation To Constructe The Recycling Channel Assessment System Of Waste Electrical Appliance

In recent years, The contradiction between economic development and resource shortage and environment pollution is rising in our country. Along with the development of the economy, household appliances scrap quantity increases year by year, our country has entered the household appliances discarded peak, The government introduce the relevant policies and regulations to support standard recycling and renewable resources recycling of waste electrical appliance, in order to alleviate the shortage of resources, reduce environmental pollution and promote the sustainable development of economy In the process of recycling waste electrical appliance, recycling channel decisions relates to the cost of recycling enterprise, economic benefits and living condition, recycling channel of recycling enterprise are influenced by many factors, which factors plays an important role on recycling channel decision-making. Compared the advantages and disadvantages of recycling channels and compare the effect of recycling channels. This article focus on providing the reference to recycling enterprises select the optimal recycling channels.In this paper, based on the grey system theory and the circular economy theory, the multi-level evaluation index of recycling channelsis obtained by expert interviews, it establishes an index system of the recycling channel decision-making influence factors and the comprehensive evaluation model of recycling channels. The sorce of three recycling channels is obtaine by expert scoring scale, use Yaahp software calculate all levels of index weight value and the total value of three major recycling channels, analysis advantages and disadvantages of the three recycling channels, according to level index of the weighting factors put forward the improved measures, and offer some guidance for the decision of recycling channels.Research results show that the weight value order of recycling channel decision-making influence factors is economy, sustainable development, organization and management, and environmental factors. The calculation conclusions is that the third party evaluation level of recycling channel is good, evaluation level of the recycling channel which the producer is responsible to recycle and the retailer is responsible to recycle is medium grade, we know that the third party recycling channels better than manufacturers recycling channels and retailers recycling channels through contrast result.
