This not only with national level proposed to promote urban and rural reform and development of the magnificent goal against, is not conducive to improve the rural land utilization efficiency, how to form a perfect fusion of the two relations,promote the farmers orderly exit of rural idle homestead, become a lot of research focus.At present, the rural land use right of the exit has not yet formed a complete policy and legal norms, the basic rights of implementation in some parts of the homestead exit pilot failed to do to protect the farmers, farmers will fully respect the exit, exit leading effect needs to be improved, so in the basis of exit of rural land use right in detail on the key from the farmer’s perspective, analysis of the influencing factors of farmers’ willingness to withdraw from the homestead, to determine the different types of farmers in the homestead exit in their own factors and their degree of importance, and investigates the difference of different types of farmers in the homestead exit, the exit mechanism of scientific and rational design of the homestead, in order to improve the homestead exit policy, improve the exit effect, alleviate the contradiction between the demand and the protection of cultivated land use in urban and rural areas.
