Research On The Regulatory Reform Of The Traditional Passenger Taxi Industry In Chengdu Under The Current Situation

With the rise of the emerging transportation model represented by the Internet-based vehicle industry,the traditional passenger transport automobile industry in Chengdu,which has fallen into the bottleneck of the industry,has been seriously challenged and the business has been deteriorating.However,the inherent industry regulations cannot guide industry upgrading.Breaking.This article takes Chengdu's traditional passenger taxi industry regulatory reform as its research object,relies on literature research,investigation and research,and visit research to sort out the development context and historical data of the traditional passenger taxi industry in Chengdu.The main problems existing in the current industry,and the use of government regulations,regulation of public interests and other theories,targeted solutions to the problems proposed.The paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,put forward the research background and significance of this article,literature review,research content and methods,research ideas and technical route;The second chapter is the definition of the core concepts and theoretical basis;The third chapter is the current status of the traditional passenger automobile industry in Chengdu.Data analysis;Chapter IV is an analysis of the current situation and problems in the regulation of Chengdu's traditional passenger taxi industry;Chapter 5 is the reform and regulation of traditional passenger taxi industry regulation at home and abroad;and Chapter 6 is the traditional passenger transport rental in Chengdu under the new situation.Automotive industry management reform proposals.After analyzing the basic data of the traditional passenger taxi industry in Chengdu,it was found that the industry experienced a shrinking market,weak competition,declining revenue,and social problems.The main reasons for this were the fragmentation of the operating area,the suspension of traffic regulations,and the traditions.The passenger taxi industry regulates capture and information opacity.This paper combines domestic and foreign advanced reform experience,roots Chengdu's local characteristics,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions on the regulatory reform of the traditional passenger taxi industry in Chengdu under the new situation from the aspects of legal framework,regulatory innovation,and external signing.
