Twenty-first Century is the century of population aging,and all countries in the world are facing a severe situation of population aging.The economic system of our country has changed from planned economy to market economy.Under the background of increasing economic level and people's living security level,the social security system has been paid more and more attention.As the core of the social security system,how to establish the system that conforms to the national conditions and meets the needs of the people's pension system has undoubtedly become the focus of attention.China's social security system is constantly improving,and the old-age insurance system,as the core guarantee system,has undergone the process of research,exploration and perfection.Firstly,the basic situation of domestic and overseas research results of the main theory,sort out the main thinking of the existing research on the endowment insurance system in the first;the national policy level reflects the history,development and change of China's pension insurance system,from the development of endowment insurance system in Hunan Province,the change and current situation of system construction is key;the basic data of the endowment insurance fund in-depth analysis of the existing endowment insurance system of the problems and reasons,finally put forward specific policy suggestions for perfecting the endowment insurance system of Hunan province and achieve the overall goal and idea.The overall objective of the reform of the old-age insurance system in Hunan is to achieve the overall level and level of national coverage,reasonable protection,clear rights and responsibilities,high efficiency and steady improvement.
