Study On The Strategies Of Promoting The Level Of Industrial Poverty Alleviation

Poverty is a worldwide problem,and anti-poverty is a common task of mankind.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,has placed poverty alleviation in an important position in governing the country and government.It has taken unconventional measures to fight poverty alleviation in an all-round way,established a system of poverty alleviation with Chinese characteristics,and promulgated a series of poverty alleviation policies.It has created a miracle in the history of human poverty reduction,and also provided a useful reference for other developing countries.The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China further points out that the period from now to 2020 is the decisive period for building a well-off society in an all-round way.The key to success lies in the realization of poverty alleviation for the rural poor under the current standard of our country by 2020.Less than two years have passed since 2020,and the struggle against poverty has entered a sprint stage.The remaining poor people can be said to be "hard bones",which requires us to win the battle against poverty with greater determination and strength.The traditional poverty alleviation model is government-led "relief" and "passive" poverty alleviation.All kinds of resource elements needed for poverty alleviation are provided by the government.Poor households only passively accept poverty alleviation.Accurate poverty alleviation is a way to identify,assist and manage poverty alleviation objects accurately.In a series of precise poverty alleviation policies,industrial poverty alleviation can realize the integration of government's role and market allocation of resources.Poor households follow industrial projects,industrial projects follow the market,tailor-made for poor households.In many policy systems,industrial poverty alleviation is the key factor to consolidate poverty alleviation achievements and achieve stable poverty alleviation.This paper takes the industrial poverty alleviation in the battle of poverty alleviation at county level as the research object,and takes the countermeasures to improve the level of industrial poverty alleviation as the research theme.It analyses the success and shortcomings of different poverty alleviation industries,refers to the successful industrial poverty alleviation experience of other regions,combs and analyses the current situation of poverty alleviation at County level,and finds out the problem of the CPC in poverty alleviation The same problems,and further put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of poverty alleviation industry,can provide reference for front-line poverty alleviation personnel.This paper is mainly divided into four parts: The first part is the introduction,which summarizes the background,significance and research status of the research on the countermeasures to improve the level of industrial poverty alleviation at home and abroad.The main content,methods and innovative points of the overview study are discussed.The innovation of this paper lies in the joint exploration and study of industrial poverty alleviation from the theoretical and practical levels.Improve the level of countermeasures,give full play to its role.The second part elaborates the related theories,such as industrial poverty alleviation and other related concepts,and refines the poverty alleviation industry.Through the precise situation of industrial poverty alleviation,the factors causing poverty are analyzed according to people and households,and the poverty alleviation industries suitable for stabilizing poverty alleviation are excavated,so as to promote poor households to solve the problems of employment,entrepreneurship,income increase and poverty alleviation.The third part takes Weixian County,Handan City,Hebei Province as an example to study the current situation of poverty alleviation in County industry.Firstly,it introduces the basic situation of Weixian County,focusing on the historical status of poverty in Weixian County and the effectiveness of poverty alleviation work.Secondly,combined with the process of industrial poverty alleviation work in various regions,the problems in actual situation are classified and summarized,and the outstanding problems in poverty alleviation in county industry are summarized.Learn from the successful experience of poverty alleviation in domestic industries and turn it into practical enlightenment.In the fourth part,according to the principle of poverty alleviation development of county industry,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the poverty alleviation level of county industry: first,optimizing industrial structure,relying on resources to build bases,doing well in dual marketing of brand and network;second,innovating development mode,leading enterprises to promote the development of parks and create special business cards;third,strengthening the support of factors;Fourthly,we should improve the soft and hard environment,protect the sunshine and justice,provide efficient and convenient services,and weaken market risks through benign competition.
