Study On The Countermeasures To Improve The Poverty Alleviation Level Of Industry In T County

Poverty has always been a worldwide problem.Anti-poverty is an arduous task that every country in the world needs to solve.Since the introduction of the precise poverty alleviation by General Secretary Xi in 2013,poverty alleviation has become China largest livelihood project in China,and the overall poverty alleviation of poor households has become the most concerned thing in the country.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to build a well-off society in an all-round way in 2020.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China further proposed that by 2020,it will be a decisive period for the comprehensive construction of a well-off society.The key to the decisive period is the poverty alleviation of the rural poor under the current 2020 standards.At present,there are only more than one year left at the end of 2020.Poverty alleviation has entered the sprinting stage.Most of the people who are not currently out of poverty are poor households with insufficient development capacity.The fight against poverty has already entered the deep water period.This paper studies the situation of industrial poverty alleviation projects in T County,aiming at improving the level of industrial poverty alleviation in T County.The main purpose of this paper is to find out the current situation and basic situation of poverty alleviation in T County by looking up the relevant data and document reports of T County.At present,T County's industrial poverty alleviation policy and industrial poverty alleviation effect,focus on the poverty alleviation households to issue questionnaires and field inspections of industrial poverty alleviation,analyze the current status of industrial poverty alleviation projects and related situations in T County,and find out the existence of poverty alleviation industry development.“Government offside” and relatively inadequate infrastructure,some poor households have insufficient participation in industrial poverty alleviation.Some of the poor households are not strong enough because of their lack of culture,and their awareness of participating in industrial po verty alleviation is not strong.prefer the government to give money directly.By investigating the existing problems and conducting targeted analysis,and considering the deep-seated reasons for their shortcomings,it is suggested that all the poor farmers wi th the willingness to develop their industries and the ability to develop their industries should participate in the poverty alleviation of the industry by giving full play to and mobilizing the main role of poor households.In order to achieve the goal of getting rid of poverty and getting rich,based on this,the author provides a reference for the poverty alleviation frontline personnel through the industrial poverty alleviation situation in T County.
