Research On Working Capital Management Of Meiling Company

Working capital is a part of an enterprise's assets and occupies an important position.Whether an enterprise manages its working capital well affects the success of its operation.Household appliance enterprises usually have suppliers and customers from different regions and countries,so they have huge capital flows and their management is more complicated.Therefore,the research on operation management of household electrical appliance enterprises has practical significance and application value.At first,working capital management was studied from a single factor,not from the overall production and operation of the enterprise.Recently,scholars have begun to study working capital management from various angles such as value chain and channels.The household electrical appliance industry is in a vigorous development stage,and the competition among major enterprises has entered a white-hot state.The competition of product quality,technological innovation and service perfection reflects the level of working capital management performance to a certain extent.This paper summarizes the working capital management theories at home and abroad,and takes Meiling Electric Appliance as an example to calculate and evaluate its working capital scale structure,factor turnover period and working capital turnover period of various channels in the past three years.It is understood that Meiling Electric Appliance has good working capital management,monetary capital accounts for a large proportion of current assets,and payables account for a large proportion of current liabilities.It is also found that the inventory turnover period of the company increases year by year,with more receivables and more payables.Through the analysis of these problems,it is found that the internal information transmission of the enterprise is not smooth,accounts payable management is ignored,risk awareness is lacking,and working capital management awareness is relatively weak,and then optimization suggestions are put forward.According to the analysis,it is pointed out that the management needs to strengthen the awareness of working capital management,strengthen inventory management and accounts receivable control,and make rational use of accounts payable credit,so as to strengthen the management level of enterprise working capital,realize the goal of maximizing enterprise value,and be able to develop sustainably in the market competition for a long time.
