Research On The Development Of Characteristic Agriculture In Dongning City

For a long time,the issue of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” has restricted the development speed of China's agricultural and rural areas.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that it is necessary to adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas and promote the strategy of rural revitalization.The general requirement is to achieve industrial prosperity,effective governance,rural civilization,ecological livability and affluence.Among them,the basis of the rural revitalization strategy is the prosperity of the industry.In the context of the rapid development of the market economy today,how to form a market-oriented,efficiency-centered and income-oriented characteristic agriculture is very important for the development of regional characteristic economy,and can be used as a rural economic development.New growth points will effectively solve the "three rural" problem,promote agricultural efficiency,increase farmers' income,and accelerate rural development.Dongning City is located in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province,bordering Russia in the east and adjacent to Jilin Province in the south.It is a continental monsoon climate.Due to its proximity to the Sea of Japan,it is affected by the maritime climate.In recent years,Dongning City has vigorously implemented the strategy of enriching the people with characteristic industries,focusing on adjusting the structure of the agricultural industry,and vigorously promoting the development of characteristic agriculture based on black fungus,grape and wine,under-forest industry,fruit and vegetable industry,rice industry,and flue-cured tobacco industry.Economic development has achieved remarkable results.With the rapid development of characteristic agriculture in Dongning City,the market needs for the development of agricultural production is growing day by day,but the problems of slow brand building,shortage of talent resources,location disadvantage,lagging industry,low standardization and over-exploitation of resources are urgently needed to be solved.Based on the theoretical basis of the development of characteristic agriculture,this paper analyzes the current situation of characteristic agriculture development in Dongning City,and uses SWOT analysis method to determine the strategic choice ofdevelopment,and proposes targeted countermeasures accordingly.It mainly promotes the vigorous development of characteristic agriculture in Dongning City from the implementation of brand strategy of featured agricultural products,promotion of characteristic agricultural industrial chain extension,improvement of standardization system construction,promotion of industrial sustainable development,cultivation of agricultural professionals and improvement of agricultural service system construction.
