Study On Issues Concerning Cross-border Agriculture Development In Dongning City

Dongning City is located in the southeastern part of Heilongjiang Province.It is an important transportation hub in the international channel of Northeast Asia.It has very close trade with other neighboring countries,and it is not only representative but also has practical significance.This paper aims to analyze the status quo and problems of cross-border agriculture development in Dongning through the field investigation method,literature reading method and empirical analysis method,and use the relevant economic development theory and learn from the experience of transnational agriculture development at home and abroad.Specific Countermeasures and Suggestions on Cross-border Agriculture Development in Dongning City.The research shows that the current situation of cross-border agricultural cooperation in Dongning is: the scale of agricultural trade is expanding,the agricultural cooperation is deepened,the field is expanding,the form is flexible and the mechanism is perfect.But subject to their own and domestic and international environmental constraints,the development has been limited to the performance of foreign food is difficult to return,agricultural machinery is difficult to cross the border,labor card handling difficult,foreign enterprises financing and business cross-border business model single.In view of the bottleneck encountered in the current development,the new economic management theory should be combined with the development experience of the four major international traders in grain industry,and finally put forward a new way for cross-border agricultural development in Dongning,including improving the policy;supporting the construction and promotion of agricultural development Agricultural development cooperation carrier construction;to optimize cross-border agricultural cooperation environment;increase cross-border agricultural capital support;strengthen investment enterprises,extend the leading enterprises of the industrial chain;strengthen international compound talents training.
