The Strategy Of Shantytown Renovation And Public Facilties Upgrad Project

In the next ten years,the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area will face a great number of problem,such as the non-capital function and population distribution,as well as how to create a world-class,harmonious and livable city.In these cases,we need to build a modern urban public service system with international standards for a better coordinate the utilization of resources.Through balancing the development of public services in Xicheng District,the growing demand of resident for public services could be satisfied.Under the premise of ensuring the balance of funds and expenditures of the shed reform project,the government should guide and participate in the diversified transformation program brought by the market economy.Moreover,the shantytown renovation project should satisfy the needs of local residents and enterprises that conform to the conditions for industrial development.Through feedback from the actual needs of the citizen,the project will further improve the level of regional public service facilities and improve the entire project quality.The initial pilot project will start with two shanty towns,namely,,Zaoyuan Nanli community and Guangyuan street and Caiyuan street where belongs Baiyuanfang block.In addition,it plans to turn the two shantytowns into pilot projects with innovative and Xicheng characteristicsThis report will study the problems of public service facilities during the renovation of shantytowns.It has a strong guiding effect on the practice of shantytown reconstruction in Beijing and may serve as a reference basis for other urban reconstruction in the future.
