Research On The Mechanism Of Food Safety Accidents Emergency Management In Fuqing

Food is the paramount necessity of the people.Food safety.Food safety means public health.Food safety is an important issue involving the social stability and national development.In recent years,with the rapid development of the economy,people's material life level has been effectively promoted.In real life,however,there is still a lot of potential food safety hazard.Government pay more attention to the emergency mangement of food safety.However,food safety emergencies are emerging in an endless stream and difficult to prohibit in China.Misconduct emergency management of food safety reflects government food safety emergency mechanism construction defects.Based on the study of Fuqing city,the author uses emergency mangement and poly-centric government management theories in public administation to research on this issue.Combined with case,the author deems that under the food safety regulatory system and pattern,the problems such as insufficiently preventative and early-warning mechanism,not-smooth response mechanism,not-in-place emergency security mechanism and inadequate social participation in the Fuqing city food safety emergency management.Based on the actual conditions,practical experience and the main measures and advanced experience of developed countries and areas,the author draws up countermeasures to optimize Fuqing food safety emergency management including to strengthen early warning mechanism,emergency response mechanism,security mechanism and social participation.
