| With the export volume growing unsustainably,the quality of export products has gradually become a hot topic.Therefore,the comprehensive index export sophistication,which can measure the technical content of export products and measure the export value quality,has become a hot topic in academic research.At the same time,after the financial crisis,the Chinese government proposed the "structural adjustment,stable growth" industrial structure upgrade policy to stable economic development,especially the development of the coastal export-oriented enterprises.The industrial structure upgraded with the target of "adjusting structure" is the optimization of three industries scale,optimizing the industrial pillar structure,performance for the industry from the state of low technique level,low added value to the trend of the evolution of the state of new and high technology,high additional value.The upgrading of industrial structure should not only play a role within the country,but also influence the export of our country and promote the improvement of export quality.Therefore,the study of the influence of industrial structure upgrading on the export sophistication has not only academic theoretical significance,but also a certain degree of practical significance.However,the current academic circles lack the research on this question.Before studying the effect of industrial structure upgrade on export technical complexity,this paper on the basis of reviewing the related literature at home and abroad at first,by measuring the industrial structure supererogation,rationalization,technical level and exported technology sophistication,analyses the current industrial structure upgrade and the export sophistication development present situation.Then based on the Hausmann's "Cost Discovery" theory,this paper deduced the upgrading of industrial structure affect export sophistication mechanism,and sums up the upgrading of industrial structure through structure bonuses,industry spillover effect mechanisms,specialization effect of division of labor and industrial penetration effect impact on export sophistication.In empirical aspect,this article established the impact of industrial structure upgrade on export technical complexity model,fully use the dynamic and static two methods respectively,separate research the industrial structure supererogation,the rationalization of industrial structure,industrial structure technology,integrated with the overall and the lag phase impact on the export sophistication of the empirical analysis,and considering the regional heterogeneity characteristics,the empirical is divided into the national overall,eastern,central and western region separately from four parts to empirical analysis,it also empirically tests the channel of industrial structure upgrading to influence the complexity of export technology.Results showed that the whole,the industrial structure supererogation and technical level of industrial structure are empirically significant promoting the improvement of our country export sophistication,industrial structure rationalization failed to boost exports technical complexity increase significantly.However,in the region,the rationalization of industrial structure has a significant impact on the export sophistication in the central region.Finally,on the basis of the research results,the relevant countermeasures proposed in this paper are as follows: promotes the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,and attaches importance to the heterogeneity of the region;upgrade China's manufacturing and give full play to the technical spillover effects of high-tech industries;increasing talent cultivation and emphasizing the role of human capital;push forward the reform of the financial system and relax financial market access and other relevant countermeasures. |
