An Investigation Report On The Development Of Potato Industry In Hulunbeir

With the increasingly fierce competition of the market economy at home and abroad and the continuous adjustment of the industrial structure of agricultural products,the development and development of potato industry has become the characteristic industry of economic development in the world.Potato,as one of the four main grains in China,has high nutritional value,high yield and wide use.It can be used as vegetable,main grain and industrial raw material.Based on the investigation of Hulunbeir city,this paper analyzes the present situation,advantages and disadvantages of potato industry in Hulunbeir city,combining with the local practice and other regional experiences.The planning and countermeasures for the development of potato industry in Hulunbeir are put forward.The effect of this study on the promotion of Hulunbeir The development of potato industry in the region has certain practical significance.The research results show that:(1)the scale of potato industry: The perennial potato planting area in Hulunbeir is generally 100-1.5 million mu,and 1.0561 million mu in 2017,accounting for about 5% of the total sowing area of crops in the city.It is mainly distributed in Hailar District,Arong Banner,Zarantun City and Oroqun Banner.Moqi and Yakeshi City.In recent years,the average yield per mu of fresh potato in Hulunbeir is 2000 kg / mu,and the annual production capacity is 200-3 million tons.The main varieties are Dutch series,early Da Bai,Eugene 885,Kexin 1,Kexin 2,Kexin 4,Atlantic,Dongnong 303,Xingjia 2,etc.The city's seed enterprises that have obtained production and operation licenses have developed from four in 2011 to 2018 in Huyu Potato Industry,Inner Mongolia Kunyuan Taihe Potato Industry,Lexus Potato Technology Co.,Ltd.,Inner Mongolia Minfeng Potato Industry,Huasong Seed Industry(Beijing),Hesen Potato Industry,Xingjia Potato Industry and other 10;At present,there are 5 potato processing enterprises above designated size in the city,which have achieved sales revenue of 370 million yuan.The total annual processing and consumption of fresh potatoes is about 1.6 million tons,which has promoted the development of the potato industry.(2)Potato Industry Advantages: natural environment advantages;geographical advantages;Advantages of scientific research technology;Quality advantage;and scale planting advantages.(3)the problems existing in potato industry development: through the investigation and analysis of potato industry development in Hulunbeir,we summarize the planting scale,industrial advantages and existing problems of potato industry.It is found that lack of leading enterprises with strong driving capacity;imperfect market supervision system;low popularization rate of new varieties;insufficient storage capacity and poor circulation channels;lack of new breakthrough in cultivation technology.(4)The countermeasures and suggestions of potato industry development: in view of the problems existing in the development of potato industry in Hulunbeir,the following suggestions and suggestions are put forward: to adjust the potato production structure steadily;to focus on supporting scientific research and innovation;to link up production and marketing closely;to introduce and cultivate processing enterprises;to open up investment and financing channels and strengthen the guarantee of capital investment;to strengthen market access and market supervision;and to provide timely information services.
