| With the coming of the economic globalization,China have been become the"economic trade power" gradually from the "manufacturing power" and the domestic enterprises are experiencing this turning test.Not only these enterprises are facing the rising cost of labor,but also improving their own innovation,technology and the brand to be competitive with overseas companies.It may be called "problems with the internal and external together".Therefore,the companies are building their own "core competence" to enhance their competitiveness,so the personnel,the business model and the innovation of technology have been used as the "trump card".The importance of the personnel is self-evident.However how to encourage the personnel reasonably is the most important way that the companies are searching.Our government has been encouraging college students to start their own businesses in recent years.On one hand it is good for the innovation and the other hand it is good for dealing with the problem of difficult employment.Therefore,a large number of the venture companies have been appeared and because of the flexible and convenient and rapid developed characteristics which make up for some areas of business that a lot of big companies didn't covered.But these venture companies are facing a big pressure.First of all,the human resource management can be a problem,because it can not be evaluable for the innovation,enthusiasm and efficiency of the employees and these companies can't adjust their situation of work suitably,so it is also the problem of encourage.This paper takes TD entrepreneurial company as an example and analyzed the problems and reasons existing in the TD Company.Therefore,it can be summed up the following problems through investigation and interviews with employees in the same industrial companies:the lowest pay,large difference salary,lack of salary adjustment system,problems of KPI not affecting salary,lack of the long-term incentive,low honor to the position,useless incentive of training and the lack of the incentive of the culture in the company.So aiming at these problems,and combined with the fairness,on-demand incentives,material incentives and non-material incentives,incentive effectiveness and the principle.The TD employees are interviewed and many questionnaires are issued which constructed the combined scheme of material incentive,incentive participation motivation and emotional motivation.So an economic incentive model are set and through examples to confirm the feasibility.At the same time a series of security measures are made to ensure the implement smoothly.Although this paper analyses the TD Company,so many problems of the same phenomena and system are existing.Therefore the paper may be referenced by other same companies which are expected.At the same time,this incentive system exists some unpredictable factors and it need to be adjusted and approve suitably according to the real situation. |
