A Development Study Of T District Agricultural Industrial Park From The Perspective Of Industrial Convergence

Three rural issues are the most basic issues concerned the national economy and the people's livelihood.The Communist Party of China always take the solving agricultural issues as the focal point.The Nineteenth National People's Congress advanced clearly that in order to link up the farmers and modern agriculture closely,the government should construct modern agricultural industrial system,production system and management system,improve agricultural system of supporting and protection,promoting varied and scaled management,cultivate new kind of agricultural manager,strengthen agricultural social service system.In order to increase farmer's incomes,the government should promote agricultural industrial convergence,encouraging farmers to start undertakings.The Central Conference on Rural Work make a further demonstration that modern agricultural industrial park is an important carrier to optimize the agricultural industrial structure and to merge three industries deeply,China released the annual No.1 Central Document to develop the modern agricultural industrial park formed of production,processing plus science and technology.Now,China has come into the main step of transformation from the traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.How to ensure the supply-side desired structural reform in agriculture to cultivate new development engines for the sector,form the agricultural new systems and new formats,and find new keys of promoting agricultural reform.So,it is more important to strengthen the development study of the modern agricultural industrial park from the Industrial Convergence perspective.T district is the efficiency demonstration agricultural area which has the good basic of promoting modern agriculture,and the higher level of agricultural infrastructure and the agricultural machinery equipment.The farmers there also have high basic quality and the high technical skills.That modern agricultural park has formed the ability of "industry promotes agriculture,city leads countryside",it has formed four pillar industries as seedling flowers,dairy processing,organic vegetables processing and tea processing.But,during the development,T district agricultural industrial park is facing some problems.What's the next step? How to solve the problems of adjust and optimize the industrial structure,enhance the agricultural competiveness in the domestic and foreign markets,and curb environmental pollution during agricultural production.Therefore,it has practical significance for this research.In order to find the new sally port of rural and agricultural economic development,cultivate new promotion powers,keep rural incomes growing and promote the unity of city and countryside,this articleput forward some development proposals.Based on the theory study of agricultural industrial convergence,combine with T district building requirements,investment environment and industrial base,this article made a report of T district agricultural development status and problems,summarizes the successful experiences of T district agricultural industrial park,raise some nice proposals of agricultural development,and the government role positioning.This is what I present in this article,I hope this article can provide new forces for the development of agriculture and rural economics continually.
