The role of compensation is getting more and more attention.The scientific and reasonable compensation incentive mechanism not only involves the enthusiasm of employees,but also the performance and future development of the company;not only the cost control of the enterprise,but also the economics of the enterprise.The benefits are inseparable.It is inseparable from the economic benefits of the company.Therefore,designing a scientific and reasonable compensation management system is crucial for enterprises to realize the supervision,management and optimization of human resources and improve the level of human resources management.As a small and medium-sized energy enterprise,Xingxian Huasheng Gas Co.,Ltd.is currently in a period of rapid expansion.However,due to the unreasonable design of the compensation management system,it has a negative impact on the business development and performance of the company.A reasonable compensation management system is crucial for enterprises to improve their human resource management,achieve sustainable development and effectively meet the challenges.Based on the analysis of existing circumstances problems of the compensation management system of Xingxian Sheng Gas Co.,Ltd.,this paper finds that there are still some problems in the salary design of the enterprise,such as the unfair salary level,the bad employee welfare,etc.,so this paper optimizes and designs the salary scheme,and from the perspective of the enterprise's managers,production personnel and marketing personnel.The case of enterprises to optimize the design of the compensation system,and finally discusses the implementation of the compensation management system optimization scheme.The questionnaire management method was used to conduct a systematic study on the compensation management system of Xingxian Hua Sheng Gas Co.,Ltd.for the first time.This has important reference significance for the company to improve the compensation management level and future development;in addition,it also provides compensation for other enterprises in the industry.
