Most of China's state-owned military enterprises have been transformed from state institutions.The administrative plus plan management model is still adopted by most enterprises.There are major problems in the management and incentive of employees in the market-oriented reform.How state-owned military enterprises survive and develop steadily in fierce competition is the primary problem in the management of state-owned military enterprises.Among the many factors affecting the development of enterprises,human factors are getting more and more attention,and human resources are generally considered to be an important source of competitive advantage.In recent years,the research on human resources in Chinese enterprises has paid more and more attention to employee satisfaction research.In fact,the goal of enterprise management is not how to obtain high satisfaction of employees,but how to make employees have professional dedication based on high satisfaction of employees.Behavior,thereby improving business performance.However,existing research has not yet explored a more detailed relationship between satisfaction and engagement.Especially in the context of special military industry,the content of employee satisfaction and engagement is branded with its special industry background.It is of great practical significance to clarify the relationship between employee satisfaction,engagement and performance in such enterprises.Based on employee satisfaction and engagement,this paper builds a three-person measurement scale based on the theory of employee satisfaction,engagement and performance.At the same time,the sample data of domestic military enterprises is used as an empirical sample.Track the data of the three-year surveys in 2014,2015,and 2016,and measure employee satisfaction from employee business satisfaction,corporate culture satisfaction,business management satisfaction,job group satisfaction,job return satisfaction,and work environment satisfaction.Measure employee engagement from four aspects:job demand engagement,management support engagement,team career engagement and learning development engagement,and analyze the relationship between the two and the impact on business performance.The paper found that employee satisfaction and engagement are significantly and positively related.Specifically,corporate management,corporate management,corporate culture,job return,and job satisfaction are significantly positively correlated with engagement.And employee work demand engagement,management support engagement,team career engagement and learning development engagement and satisfaction are significantly and positively related,and on this basis,propose strategies and methods to enhance employee engagement,provide reference for enterprises,and have theoretical value.And practical significance.
