With the birth of computers and the continuous development of Internet technology,Internet payment has gradually become the preferred method for people to make daily payments.The payment products provided by Company X's payment business have served millions of users so far.However,due to the rapid development of the business in the early stage,the quality of the various systems supporting the payment business has continued to decline in the process of pursuing rapid iteration,which has caused many problems.This article analyzes the various problem phenomena in the company X's current business,finds the causes of various types of problems,and then classifies each type of process according to the CMMI software maturity model to clarify the type of problem,and The expert survey method is adopted to determine the most important factors in each optimization direction as the core direction of this study,and then refer to the requirements of CMMI for each process area and the purpose of each process area to formulate an optimization plan.Through research,it is found that by categorizing the content of agile development activities according to the process area of CMMI and optimizing the R&D process of the payment business using agile development combined with CMMI theory,the output quality of the team and the quality management level of the organization can be improved It also recognizes that the main process areas that affect the agile development of payment business in the CMMI process area are requirements management,configuration management,verification,organizational process definition,and organizational training.
