Research On Poverty Alleviation In Xinhe County

Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the CPC central committee has taken poverty alleviation as an important task in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,and has decided to lift all the poor people out of poverty and remove the cap from all poverty-stricken counties under the current standards by 2020,so as to solve overall regional poverty.Promoting targeted poverty alleviation has become a common action and a top political task across the country.Especially for poor areas,the problems of weak comprehensive strength,low income of the people,weak industrial foundation and insufficient endogenous driving force for development are prominent.To achieve accurate poverty alleviation is not only the aspiration of the people,but also the key to achieving high-quality development.Xinhe county,located in hebei province,is a national key county for poverty alleviation and development.For a long time,the urbanization level is low,the economy is underdeveloped,and the industrial development foundation is weak.Small population county,poor finance county and weak economy county are the largest reality of the county.This paper takes xinhe county as the research object to explore the scientific path of poverty alleviation and development in poor areas.Firstly,the current situation of poverty alleviation in xinhe county was studied.Secondly,based on the current situation,the existing problems in poverty alleviation were extracted,such as concept restriction,single poverty alleviation method,inaccurate poverty identification,and insufficient poverty alleviation ability.The reasons for the existing problems were analyzed from the aspects of farmers' quality,production factors,poverty alleviation evaluation,and subject collaboration.Finally,draw lessons from the advanced experience of domestic poverty engines and poverty at home and abroad in the development of scientific theory,combining the reality of xinhe,proposed to the xinhe poverty crucial for scientific positioning,optimize the development environment construction,to do a good job of "agriculture,countryside and farmers",vigorously implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country,to build large poverty alleviation pattern in five aspects,such as article 11 concrete Suggestions,provide guidance and direction for crucial xinhe out of poverty,trying to explore a development can draw lessons from poor areas out of poverty,replicable experiences.
