Study On Land Use Zoning Of Poverty-stricken Mountainous Counties Based On Targeted Poverty Alleviation Strategy

Land is an important resource for human survival and development.With the development of economy,the intensity and depth of people's land development and utilization are increasing day by day.People not only get more economic material feedback to land,but also suffer more and more serious retaliation from the natural environment,and this trend is becoming more and more intense and hard to reverse.In recent years,targeted poverty alleviation and Rural Revitalization has become a major strategic task of our country,which is related to the well-being of people's livelihood.We are committed to solving the problem of people's poverty and creating a beautiful natural environment of green mountains and rivers.Land use zoning is a strategic measure for the rational utilization,renovation and protection of land resources according to local conditions,which plays an important role in the sustainable development of economy,the stable progress of society and the protection of ecological environment.Based on the needs of targeted poverty alleviation and Rural Revitalization Strategy,it is imperative and of great practical significance to divide the land use of poverty-stricken mountainous areas.Taking Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County of Kunming City,Yunnan Province as an example,this paper studies the land use regionalization of poverty-stricken counties in mountainous areas based on the strategy of targeted poverty alleviation and Rural Revitalization.First of all,this paper analyzes and summarizes the research progress and shortcomings of land use zoning at home and abroad,and combs the research progress and policies of targeted poverty alleviation and Rural Revitalization in close combination with the needs of land use zoning research in poor counties,laying a theoretical foundation for the research work of this paper.Secondly,through many field surveys and related basic data collection,we have obtained the natural and social economic conditions,land resources and land use status,targeted povertyalleviation and other relevant data of Luquan County,and then selected the corresponding zoning indicators from the four aspects of ecological environment conditions,social and economic conditions,land resources and land use structure,poverty alleviation and development level,and constructed a set of scientific indicators Land use zoning index system of the bank.On this basis,the land use of Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County is divided into four areas by using the method of systematic cluster analysis.Finally,the 16 townships(towns and streets)of Luquan County are divided into four areas: the poverty alleviation area for the development of new towns and characteristic industries in the Southwest(I),the large-scale agricultural development and ecological poverty alleviation area in the central mountainous area(II),the characteristic agriculture and ecological poverty alleviation area in the eastern plateau mountainous area According to the actual situation of each region,this paper puts forward suggestions on the rational use of land in each region,and probes into the ways to get rid of poverty and the direction of Rural Revitalization in each region.
