In November 2013,Xi Jinping put forward the important thought of targeted poverty alleviation for the first time during his inspection,opening a new era in the history of poverty alleviation work.To eradicate poverty,improve people's livelihood and gradually achieve common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism and a major task of the communist party of China(CPC).Whether we can build a moderately prosperous society in all respects depends on whether we can achieve moderate prosperity in rural areas.Therefore,on the road to building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,poverty alleviation in poor areas is particularly important.With the development and progress of China's society,China has gradually attached importance to the poverty alleviation work.Since the implementation of poverty alleviation,significant progress has been made in the past five years.Under the current standard,the number of rural poor population has been reduced from 98.99 million in 2012 to 5.51 million by the end of 2019,and the poverty incidence has been reduced from 10.2 percent to 0.6 percent.Over 10 million people have been reduced annually for seven consecutive years.,an unprecedented scale of poverty reduction.Yutai county is a poor county in Shandong province.It is an important rice planting area with less developed economy.The research on targeted poverty alleviation in Yutai county has profound theoretical significance to enrich the theoretical discussion and research results of poverty alleviation mechanism in China.This article from the perspective of precision for poverty alleviation,Yutai county in Jining city as an example,on the basis of full investigation,have enough data,using literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview research method and other research methods,through the concrete analysis of the questionnaire,Yutai county to understand the current situation of the poor,athorough analysis of the progress of Yutai precise poverty alleviation work,through the analysis of the achievements summed up experience,analysis the problems and their causes,through the analysis conclude that the low degree of object accurate identification for poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation project poor participation is not high,the poverty alleviation policy propaganda interpretation is not enough,the problem such as industry poverty alleviation leading ability is limited,The reasons of these problems is the poor cultural level is low,lacking the ability to force for poverty alleviation,evaluation mechanism is not perfect,to prevent the anti-poverty attention degree is not high,want the system to solve these problems,put forward to strengthen awareness,innovation system,strengthening management,multiple effective connection poverty alleviation,poverty engines and rural revitalization,build "party building and poverty alleviation" big pattern precision out of poverty,construction of Chinese early warning mechanism countermeasures and Suggestions.Through the analysis,the problems are found out,and the causes are found out.Then,relevant measures are proposed according to the existing problems,and countermeasures and Suggestions are theoretically proposed for targeted poverty alleviation in Yutai county,Jining city,so as to achieve targeted poverty alleviation in 2020.
