Post is an important basis for the national economy sectors as the syncretic industry of the logistics, information flow and capital flow. It is taken on the task of contacting government, business and communication and it was integrative currency and modern service sector of the goods delivery financing.Its development has a direct impact on the overall running of the national economy and has a very important role in national economic development and social progress. With the reform of the postal enterprises mechanism and the advance of the company,some deep-seated problems, particularly on manpower management defects, gradually come out, and even some problems has affected the benign and healthy development of the business. Therefore, innovating manpower management system and Optimizing the manpower allocation of the enterprise to promote sustained and healthy development of enterprises have become an issue that needed to be resolved. In recent years,the postal industry in China develops slowly. At the same time, enterprises contradictions between the employment mechanism and the personnel system under economic conditions of the original plan and the actual needs of the current employment are also increasingly prominent. The lower about employees'efficiency and enthusiasm which is caused by manpower management within a lower level and so on to seriously restrict the company's improvement, have a serious challenge to the next Service levels and cost-effective upgrade of the post company.In this article, focuses on four main issues:paying administration problems, Lacking of fairness in personnel management, limited career development space and industry rapid changes which leads the work sense of security to reduce within current motivation management of the company's core staff,which are based on the analysis of Post company organizational structure, internal management, employees and working environment, Combination of Western classical motivation theory and the concept of the core staff management and combined with Questionnaire survey and individual interviews of the M company's core staff and my practice experience, proposing solutions measures of their respective counterparts and hoping it can help enterprises to improve staff enthusiasm, attract talent and strengthen the core competitiveness. At present, the post company is faced with fast-paced technological innovation, a variety of user needs and increasingly fierce competition. In today's era of knowledge economy, the competition of enterprises is the competition of talent. It is without saying that the core staff's satisfaction and enthusiasm to work plays an important role in the market competition of enterprises. From this study, four main reasons why the initiative and enthusiasm of the work is snuff out of the core staff are got. Believe that as long as we clear the complementary relationship between the business growth and personal development and regard the actual needs of the core staff with an open mind and listen to the voices of staff to design of the scientific motivation Policy, the domestic post enterprises will arrive to a new level on the staff satisfaction, the level of customer service and the economic efficiency.
