| Sharing the economic business model as a "New Economy" and "New Business" under the Internet has enormous economic value and far-reaching impact.The business model of the sharing economy has caused an unprecedented change in people's consumption patterns,especially under the mobile Internet,a new model based on the sharing economy has emerged.Housing sharing is one of the many modes of sharing economic business.The emergence of the housing sharing economic model has brought benefits to a large number of idle housing tenants in China,and has also brought new types of housing consumption patterns to users.In recent years,with the development of the economy,People are more and more fond of traveling,traditional business hotels can no longer meet the personalized consumption needs of tourists.With the emergence of a large number of characteristic homes and simple houses in variety shows,sharing houses has become a part of people who are willing to accept.Accommodation spending habits.The shared economic business model studied in this paper is mainly based on Tujia.After combining the domestic and foreign information literature,this paper sorts out the theory of shared economic business model and the development of housing sharing business model.It has the foundation of theory and development.In this paper,the driving factors of the housing sharing business model are proposed.The AHP analytic method is used to calculate the proportion of each factor in the housing sharing system model.After having the variables of housing sharing,the system dynamics software Vensim is used to draw the causal relationship diagram and system dynamic diagram of the Tujia network system,and the equation is established for the model.The final simulation simulates the data and the data obtained through the simulation.Compared with the actual data,it is found that the simulated data is very different from the actual data,which indicates that the conclusions of our system model are valid and meaningful.This article has the following benefits in terms of conclusions. |
