As the influence of the shock of the global economic crisis, and the constantly and overwhelmingly expansion of the information technology, sharing economy has become over-consumption solutions, as a more effective form of resource utilization, for environmental benefits have made outstanding contributions. In recent years, shared economic activity and business models influence the number and scope of explosive growth has emerged. Airbnb(private apartment), Zipcar(car), eRetah(rent book), SnapGoods(building tool) is just tip of the iceberg shared economic business activities.The collaborative economy represents a new way of thinking about business, exchange, value and community. Appeared online and offline business model combined, the proliferation of new kinds of marketplaces, businesses and communities emerging to help people to access the things they need in new and different ways, while also making the things they owned available to others. The model has changed people’s consumption habits and product acquisition mode, compared to the traditional forms. This channel will also make their idle tangible and intangible assets share to more meaningful place or people. At the same time, people are more concerned about the value and accessibility of the product, rather than the ownership. The consumption process trends to be more digitalization, mobilization and socialization. Technologies, by O2 O operating platform, such as mobile Internet information technology are emerging in the area of economies share.Firstly, this thesis describes the current situation and development direction of business model and its innovation, and then analyzes the business model of online and offline(O2O), compares similarities and differences between the traditional e-commerce model, analysis Business model in terms of SoLoMo(social, localization, mobile) factors related the innovation research. After, the thesis elaborates the overview of the development process of sharing economic business model. And the conceptions, classification, driving forces of shared economic business mode are described. Furthermore, this paper also introduces the basic model of the O2 O business value net theory.Secondly, based on the above theoretical framework, the paper extracts the basic framework of the O2 O sharing economic business model. Therefore, O2 O sharing economy makes a detailed analysis of the differences with the traditional one. Moreover, Analysis of the sharing economy business model’s value network, classification and the innovation factors are detailed. Additionally, on the basis of the conceptual model, this study presents O2 O platform profit strategies, operation strategies and promotion strategies. This model offers theoretical supports and a clearer market direction for emerging startups and traditional companies.Finally, based on the sharing economic business model conceptual model proposed in this study, using system dynamics methodology, establish the simulation model of sharing economic business model based on the net value. Through dynamic analysis and static analysis, the paper combines qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, to explore the relationship among the constituent entities of the sharing economy. Thus, try to identify the key factors to sharing economic business model. In this way, the study conclude the critical control points of sustainable development of sharing economics business model, which acts as an important reference for management decisions. The research results also enrich the research achievements on the sharing economy and collaborative consumption in current academic field.
