Research On Logistics Sharing Mode Of Cross-Border E-Commerce Platform

The globalization of the economy and rapid development of Internet technology have made cross-border e-commerce gradually a place where the international trade platform exists.China's cross-border e-commerce has experienced a leap-forward development since2013,and the annual import and export transaction volume has also maintained a steady growth rate.With the rise of the cross-border e-commerce industry,the needs of cross-border logistics development in the entire market are becoming more and more urgent.China's cross-border logistics started relatively late than foreign countries,so the overall development level is falling behind.There are widespread problems such as imperfect infrastructure,high logistics and transportation costs,low efficiency and lack of professional and technical personnel,which restricts the development of cross-border e-commerce.Therefore,the needs of developing cross-border logistics,solving the problem is worthy of our in-depth discussion.Due to its high quality and low price,Yiwu small commodities are sold at home and abroad and are favored by consumers from all over the world.However,in recent years,raw material prices and labor costs have been rising,and their profit margins have been squeezed,so cross-border logistics has become very important.This paper closely links the development of cross-border logistics industry with the theory of shared logistics and discusses how sustainable development of cross-border logistics of Yiwu Buy can be achieved from the perspective of cooperation and also able to achieve win-win situation.Firstly,the literature on the concept of cross-border logistics and sharing economy related to this paper,as well as the cross-border e-commerce logistics model,shared logistics and SCOR model theory are studied.Secondly,based on this,three mature cross-borders are compared and analyzed.The existing cross-border logistics model of E-commerce platform provides new ideas for diversified shared logistics model of Yiwu Buy,by summarizing its advantages and disadvantages.Then,the overall status of YiwuBuy's cross-border e-commerce platform and the problems existing in cross-border logistics model are carried out.The research and analysis lead to the multi-shared logistics model of Yiwu Buy based on SCOR model,which is constructed from four aspects: overall planning,core process layer,configuration layer and decomposition layer.The process of logistics is mainly attributed to planning,warehousing and transportation,and other aspects such as reverse logistics links,forward corresponding measures for each core process layer,and creatively builting an evaluation system for cross-border logistics model of Yiwu Buy.Finally,putting forward several suggestions to ensure the realization of logistics mode.
