Performance appraisal is an important tool for the development and transformation to the joint-stock commercial banks,a baton for the realization of strategic development and a basic guarantee for the efficient and sustained operation of performance.The company's customer manager is the main force of the bank's profit and the source of the bank's profit,is an irreplaceable role for banks.At present,the financial system reform gradually deepens,and the competition is increasingly fierce,The incentive mechanism for the company's customer manager is the core of the market firstly,how to use the company customer manager effectiveness to open the situation in the marketing is the he current urgent solution for the ZZ branch of China Merchants Bank.I am engaged in the ZZ branch of China Merchants Bank for the performance appraisal work,and I am very concerned about the company customer managers' performance appraisal,I feel deeply the significance of the study of the customer manager evaluation system of China Merchants Bank.So I hope that we can fully analyze the performance evaluation system of the customer manager through this system study,and provide suggestions for the development of the performance evaluation of the customer manager for the ZZ branch of China Merchants Bank.Promote the rapid,stable and healthy development for the business of China Merchants Bank.Based on the performance appraisal theory,this paper analyzes the performance appraisal system of the customer manager of the ZZ branch of China Merchants Bank,and finds that there are problems such as single decision body,single performance appraisal method,unequal performance appraisal basis,unclear appraisal system and lack of effective feedback system through the in-depth analysis of its current performance appraisal system.To solve these problems,this paper replan and design the performance evaluation system of ZZ branch according to the basic procedure of performance appraisal system's designing,by using the balanced score card theory,the key performance indicators and 360 degree feedback method.Then perfect the construction of the performance appraisal system through organization and leadership,feedback and reconciliation.By refining the construction of performance evaluation system,I hope to play a certain reference value and guidance role to make the customer manager performance appraisal work smoothly in the ZZ branch of China Merchants Bank.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly talks about three parts: the background and significance of the research,the domestic and foreign research and the main content and framework of the paper.The second part is the related theory summary,mainly to the customer manager system and performance appraisal system related concept,as well as the summary of the performance appraisal system's main content,main method and appraisal purpose.The third part firstly introduces the basic situation of the China Merchants Bank,ZZ branch and its customer manager,then summarizes the principle and method of its performance appraisal,and finally puts forward the existing problems.The fourth part points out the design principle,design procedure and the evaluation method of the performance appraisal system for the customer manager of ZZ branch of China Merchants Bank.The fifth part is the safeguard measure of customer manager performance appraisal system in ZZ branch of China Merchants Bank,including the organization and leadership of the system construction,and the feedback and adjustment of appraisal result.The sixth part is the conclusion of this paper and the future outlook.
