In the practice of modern human resource management,performance appraisal plays a very important role.Performance evaluation plays a very important role,promote the assessment unit to achieve strategic objectives,improve work efficiency,promote the unity of internal assessment,promote the assessment unit of economic benefits and social benefits of a win-win,and establish a fair system of rewards and penalties.Therefore,the design of scientific performance appraisal system is an important measure for the sustainable development of enterprises and the realization of strategic objectives.In this paper,the performance evaluation system of ZL pharmaceutical company's marketing department sales staff as the research object,combined with the theory of modern performance appraisal,has been found in the performance evaluation of ZL pharmaceutical: incentive mechanism,lack of assessment of performance appraisal indicator set is not perfect,no assessment of a series of problems of lack of communication,lack of feedback mechanism,performance appraisal assessment appeals the system is not perfect.After the full study of performance management theory and in-depth analysis of the ZL pharmaceutical performance appraisal problems,according to the Moto Akifumi ZL pharmaceutical characteristics,the use of KPI technology,the objective environment of enterprises based on the indicators and evaluation criteria on the construction of the sales staff performance appraisal,analysis method of weighting design indicator level,calculated by scoring formula and the assessment level the construction,as specified in the direction of the performance appraisal system.Through the analysis,expert consultation and investigation and analysis of indicator system of the paper from the financial perspective,customer perspective,internal process perspective and learning and growth level of organic set 12 indicators,and set up from the assessment subject,assessment content,assessment process,assessment feedback and other aspects,formed a relatively complete system of performance appraisal.Finally,in order to achieve better security performance appraisal goal,the paper discusses the implementation process of performance appraisal from multiple perspectives,in order to better carry out performance assessment work,ZL pharmaceutical industry needs to progress to strengthen the organization and leading work performance appraisal,establish special responsibility mechanism,and strengthen the organization and leadership from the two aspects of the internal and external;system construction special for the performance evaluation,further improvement and development of related performance appraisal management system;the communication mechanism,performance evaluation and feedback mechanism of complaint channels to focus on construction,the formation of open channel and the feedback path,to provide protection for the implementation of the performance appraisal system,to enhance the effectiveness of performance appraisal.
