Modern performance evaluation work has basically formed a mature theory of performance appraisal after decades of practice and development,the advanced management ideas and concepts,achievement and help thousands of enterprises become the industry leader and pioneer of creation.This article is based on QF company marketing staff performance appraisal work as the research object,research purpose is to optimize the evaluation system,further improve the level of QF company's performance appraisal work,improve employee performance,help enterprises to enhance the overall competitive power.This article is on the in-depth study and research on the theory of performance evaluation at home and abroad,through understanding QF company present development situation,analyzing the deficiency of existing Marketing Department staff performance appraisal system,after analysis of the specific reasons,put forward the basic thought of optimize design to the existing performance evaluation system.Specific content as follows: first,in the view of status of the QF company marketing staff performance appraisal,this article selects some modern performance appraisal method which develop more mature,apply more extensive,Stronger operability,establishing key performance indicators as the core of the performance appraisal system;Secondly,draw lessons from the thought of the balanced scorecard,focus of QF company performance evaluation system is optimized to design,from the four dimensions to determine evaluation index,to determine the weight of the index and standard.Thirdly,according to the design thinking,this paper completed optimized designing of core content of the QF company marketing staff performance appraisal system,established the QF company sales staff the optimized performance appraisal system,and puts forward some corresponding implementing Suggestions,etc.At the same time,the research object QF company has certain representativeness in the mold industry,And design scheme can help relevant industry enterprises in how to build a scientific,comprehensive and systematic staff performance appraisal system with strong guiding significance,can provide a reference for relevant enterprises.
