Application Of Project Requirement Management In L Bank New Core System Construction

Nowadays,the financial industry has entered into the Internet era.It has not only undergone earthshaking changes in the media of financial services,but has also provided a new vision for the global financial environment.As the core organization of the global financial industry,banks have naturally integrated themselves with the Internet industry to create new models and businesses to satisfy new demands.Therefore,with today's financial globalization and the rapid development of Internet finance and increasingly fierce competition among major banks,the banks core system has become one of the core competitive factors.If there is a certain lag in the construction of the core system,it will cause the bank to mediate a weak situation in the fierce market competition.To ensure that the quality,progress,and cost of the development of the bank's core system construction projects are within the controllable scope,the strict control of management phase in the system construction is of utmost importance,and reasonable planning and accurate requirement management processes are required.First,this article deeply studies the development course and basic theory of requirement management,and interprets the detail of requirements management process characteristics and related methods based on CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integrated).Then,the current basic situation of L-Bank and the current situation and existing deficiencies in the demand management of the new core system construction projects are profoundly analyzed which fully demonstrated the necessity of carrying out requirement management.Finally,the bank's core system construction project is improved based on the basic processes and principles of CMMI requirements management.From the analysis on requirement management's contribution to costs of the system construction,this paper shows that demand management has a significant effect on the improvement of L-bank core system construction projects,and this paper proposes practical guidance for future requirement management.
