Research On Factors Influencing Entrepreneurial Willingness Of Higher Vocational College Students

With the continuous transformation of Chinese society and the increasing employment pressure of college students,entrepreneurship has gradually become the employment choice of college students.Higher vocational colleges,as colleges and universities,have no advantages over graduates of undergraduate colleges in employment.Therefore,entrepreneurship has become an important way for college students to relieve employment pressure.In order to enhance the entrepreneurial willingness of college students,the Chinese government has formulated and implemented a number of policies conducive to college students'independent entrepreneurship,which has significantly enhanced their entrepreneurial enthusiasm.However,the actual entrepreneurial rate is still very low,there are still few successful entrepreneurial cases,and the entrepreneurial ability of college students is still very low.In order to allow more vocational college students to participate in entrepreneurship,their entrepreneurial intention must be improved first.Therefore,it is necessary to study the factors influencing the entrepreneurial intention of vocational college students.This paper reviews a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,combines the previous research results with the relevant theoretical basis,adopts the research method of empirical research,and combines the theory of public management to analyze the factors influencing the entrepreneurial intention of college students in vocational colleges.This paper takes college students of wenzhou vocational and technical college as the research object,analyzes the current situation of college students' entrepreneurial intention in higher vocational colleges through questionnaire survey,and points out the problems existing in their entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial intention.Based on the literature at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the relevant factors influencing the entrepreneurial intention of college students in vocational colleges,selects the most appropriate variables,and designs the relevant variable indicators.Based on the TPB planning behavior theory,a research model was established,and a hypothesis was put forward that factors such as personal characteristics,school entrepreneurship education and government entrepreneurship policy had an impact on the entrepreneurial intention of college students in higher vocational colleges,which was verified and analyzed.In this study,empirical research method is adopted to reasonably analyze,process and evaluate the sample data.Reliability and validity of the sample data are tested to ensure the reliability and rationality of the data.Then,regression analysis is adopted to verify and analyze the data and draw conclusions.This paper believes that three factors,namely education of entrepreneurship in colleges and universities,entrepreneurship policies of the government and personal characteristics of college students,have a positive impact on the entrepreneurial intention of college students in vocational colleges.According to the conclusion of the research,this paper puts forward a series of Suggestions and countermeasures,such as innovating the education of entrepreneurship in vocational colleges,improving the government's entrepreneurship policies,increasing publicity,and strengthening personal characteristics.
