As the economic crisis and the university enrollment expansion, the situation of graduates’ employment is becoming increasingly grim in our country. Employment pressure is becoming increasingly prominent, and it causes widespread concern in society. In order to relief the employment pressure, the Party and the government encourage students to start their own business. As the potent force of entrepreneurship, students’ innovative undertaking is very important meaning. Students’ innovative undertaking is not only relieving employment pressure, but creating jobs. However, the actual situation is students’ innovative undertaking rate is very low in china. Why some college students choose entrepreneurship but others don’t? That is because from enterprising awareness to practical activities is a complicated psychological process, and entrepreneurial drive plays a key role in this process. The formation of entrepreneurial drive is in the front of the entire entrepreneurship cycle, it determines whether entrepreneurship activities will actually happen. Compared with the late entrepreneurial behaviors, early entrepreneurial behaviors are psychological processes.So, early entrepreneurial behaviors are more implicit, not easy to observe and summary. Therefore, the research on affecting factors of entrepreneurial drive can help us understand the entrepreneurs thinking better and reveal the causes of entrepreneurship, so as to better promote innovative undertaking. is the main force of future entrepreneurship. But, the research on how to promote college students’ entrepreneurship is still in the primary stage in our country. Existing theories cannot provide systematical guidance for the government and colleges and universities to promote the college students’ entrepreneurship. In order to improve the frequency and success rate of college students entrepreneurship, we should study the influence factors of college students’ entrepreneurial drive and influence mechanism. Therefore in this paper, we mainly study and investigate the influence factors of college students’ entrepreneurial drive, analyze the influence mechanism between entrepreneurial drive and its influence factors, finally, put forward guidance policy Suggestions for the government and universities to promote college students’ entrepreneurial activities. The paper first studied the existing literature of entrepreneurial drive, on this part of literature review, we defined the connotation of college students’ entrepreneurial drive, analyzed the present situation and the insufficiency of entrepreneurial drive research. On the basis of literature research, the paper put forward research hypothesis, built a theoretical model, defined the research variables. Then, to understand these relationships, this study developed a questionnaire upon factors affecting the entrepreneurial drive of college students. To test the hypotheses, data from284samples were analyzed. Finally, according to the results, we put forward guidance policy suggestions for the government and universities to improve the entrepreneurial drive. The study’s results show that achievement motivation, entrepreneurial abilities, entrepreneurship education, supporting policies, entrepreneurial culture have relative positive influences on entrepreneurial drive. Supporting policies and entrepreneurship education were significant predictors of entrepreneurial drive.The investigation in this paper shows the key influence factor of entrepreneurial drive, and find the degree of influence. This study brings new ideas to promote college students entrepreneurship and provides suggestions for the cultivation of the college students’ entrepreneurial drive. It is of great and practical significance to promote college students self-employment, and provide more jobs for the society.
