Researh On The Function Of Government In The Industrial Development Of Agro-production Geographical Indications

Geographical indication industry of agricultural products is the embodiment of regional resource endowment and comparative advantage.At present,there are many problems in the development of China's geographical indication industry of agricultural products,such as extensive production mode,low added value of products,weak brand awareness and so on.The development of geographical indication industry of agricultural products has a strong dependence on the role played by the government.The active and effective intervention of government plays a decisive role in the sustained and healthy growth of agro-geographical indication industry.In this paper,Gutian County mushroom industry is selected as an empirical study case.From the perspective of the role of the government,on the basis of public goods theory,externality theory and market failure theory,this study combines quantitative research with qualitative research.In this paper,the government's role in the development of mushroom industry in Gutian County was studied by analyzing the government's economic management function and public service supply,industrial competitiveness,and the weakening factors of the government's role in the industrial development.At the same time,this paper divides and compares the main driving modes of the government on the geographical indications of agricultural products in China to get inspiration and experience for reference.Based on that,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the role of the government in the development of geographical indication industry of agricultural products.This paper is divided into seven chapters.Chapter one expounds the research background,research purpose and significance,and research progress of historical literature.Chapter two introduces the concept of this paper and introduces the theoretical basis of supporting research.Chapters three to five empirically analyze the development of Gutian mushroom industry.Chapter three analyzes the economic management function of the government and the supply of public services.Based on Porter's Five-Force Model Analysis and Weighted Factor Analysis,chapter four analyzes the five competitive forces faced by Gutian mushroom industry and the role of government embodied in them,combining with detailed literature and survey data.Chapter five analyzes the weakening factors of Gutian county government's role in the development of mushroom industry.Chapter six compares and analyzes the actual situation and relevant development experience of geographical indication industry of agricultural products in other areas of China,divides the three types of government promotion,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the three types.According to the analysis results of the previous chapters,chapter seven puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the government to play a better role in view of the development characteristics and common phenomena of agricultural geographical indications industry.
