| China joined the world trade organization in 2001.Financial industry has become into the key industry of reform.A large number of foreign well-known business association entered into our market.This has undoubtedly caused a certain degree of impact to our commercial association.The importance of enterprise performance evaluation has been further cognition.Every corporation have an urgent need to build a set of scientific and operable performance management system in the wave of competition of enterprise.X association is an independent legal financial institution under the leadership of the rural credit cooperative association in Xinjiang autonomous region.X association has developed rapidly.In recent years its ability to resist risk and competition has greatly strengthened.However,owing to the performance appraisal system of X association is subject to the management of the Xinjiang autonomous region association.Its performance appraisal system has many problems in the face of the new period of historical transformation such as examine superficial,incomplete,unscientific,Formalized,lack of the necessary performance feedback.These problems make the performance evaluation results lack the necessary basis,lost fair and impartial distribution which will affect the staff's work enthusiasm.Based on the above issues this lecture aims to redesign the performance evaluation system of X association on the balanced scorecard method which combine theory with practice as far as possible.Providing a scientific and practical performance appraisal system for X association.This paper mainly divided into the following parts.Firstly,through the balanced scorecard theory,it is concluded that the balanced scorecard can be coordinated with enterprise strategy,improve enterprise performance management.Its effect cannot be compared with the traditional performance appraisal system.Secondly,through questionnaires and other forms,fully understand and analyze the performance appraisal system of X union.And then find out the problems and improve.The core part is to use the balanced scorecard theory of three levels setting the performance assessment indicators of Cooperative level,department and Business level and personal level respectively.Finally,In order to promote the balanced scorecard effectively in the implementation process,this paper proposes specific measures for different aspects. |
