If we look into today's business era,the ways of trading have been totally changed due to dramatically advancement in field of information technology and new innovation in various fields have compelled the organizations to manage and motivate the human resources in good manner in order to ensure the survival in this competing world market.Every organization tries its best to get maximum output from their available resources in order to accelerate their business activities and to get high market share.For this purpose,various organization apply different techniques of motivation in order to energize their employee's energy for better performance at work place and to get higher performance which leads the business mechanism towards longtime success.The main goal of the research work is to find out the effects of motivation on employee's output or performance in Yarn manufacturing sector of Pakistan in order to show the relationship between employee's performance with respect to motivation and demotivation factors.Almost ten famous textile companies of Pakistan have been selected for this research with the sample size of 200 employees in total.Different motivation theories have been brought into consideration for better understanding of employee's motivation and performance phenomena..The findings showed that those workfolk who are greatly motivated on workplace were found more satisfied and showed better output.The ratio of turnover jobs in such employees was found less as compare to those with less inspiration on working shed.Moreover,some of de-motivating factors in workplace like violence at place,bad working condition,low wages,night shift and long working hours,employee's shortage problems,physical safety at work and lack of work appraisal are revealed which is causing high turnover rate in this industry.The output of this research provides valuable information to company's owner's what are the main reasons of high turnover employees rate and how to motivate the working folks for better output at workplace.Based on the research findings,some suggestions are given for industrialists and government authorities in order to bring changes in motivation strategies for better business environment in order accelerate the business activities in competitive business world.
