In the development of knowledge economy,"people-oriented" has become a common consensus in the business and academic circles,and human capital has become the key factor for the survival and development of enterprises.Modern China is no exception.Since 1920 s,in the discussion of the evolution and development of Chinese corporate governance structure,professional managers have come to the attention of people as a new class.With the development of modern education and the social economy,expanding the size of enterprise,management showed little effectiveness,shortcomings of traditional enterprise organization has exposed,thus the occupation managers began occur,by virtue of their various advantages of resources,for example,the political background of the combination of official and business,the educational background of studying abroad,and great relationships,walking into all walks of life continuously to play an important role.This paper carries out the analysis on the class of occupation managers in modern times,in order to explore the cause of the rise and development of modern occupation managers status and existing features and its relationship with economic development,and to explore the mechanism of supervision and management of occupation managers in different commercial enterprises,and strive to enlighten modern enterprise in human capital management.Based on the methods of history,management and economics,this paper objectively describes and analyzes the development process and characteristics of professional managers,and their roles in modern cement enterprises.First of all,to describe professional manager according to its origin so as to further,according to the relevant historical data,carry out and figure out the feature of modern professional managers.Secondly,focus on the cement industry,through combing the modern cement industry and relevant materials,Qixin cement company reorganization and Shanghai cement company of China,to study the role modern professional managers play in business.Finally,using the economic analysis method,study the influence of different enterprises' constraint mechanism on agents.Through the investigation of the development of professional managers,we found,as a modern enterprise human capital for the enterprise,they to certain extent solved the talent crisis.They,relying on their various social network,capital,talent and other advantageous resources,made essential contribution to the development ofcontemporary economy.This demonstrates the evolution of contemporary professional managers.But on the other hand,professional managers,as a result of modern economic and educational development,under the supervision mechanism of different commercial enterprises,opportunistic behaviors such as corruption and malpractices occur frequently.Coupled with the fact that the introduction of modern enterprise professional managers was just for helping enterprises solve some financial problems,with no actual power given,it reflects that the development of modern professional manager's stratum was yet to be perfect.
