| The competition of enterprises is the competition of talents.The creativity of employees in enterprises plays a crucial role in the creation of corporate value,shaping the core competitiveness of enterprises.As we all know,corporate managers are an important force in cultivating an organization's internal innovation atmosphere.How can managers transmit organizational support and encouragement to employees and inspire employees' internal creativity,having been an important issue for the sustainable development of companies in the era of innovation.Authentic leaders have received more and more attention from the academic community.The empirical research on authentic leaders is mainly to explore the mechanism of the influence of authentic leaders on employee behavior.Employee creativity is also one of the effective behaviors of employees,but few empirical studies have focused on the relationship between authentic leadership and employee creativity.Based on the theory of self-determination,this paper focuses on the influence of authentic leadership on employee creativity,as well as the mediating effect of self-efficacy and the regulatory effect of power distance.This paper adopts a questionnaire survey to collect a total of 221 valid questionnaires,and uses SPSS21.0and LISREL software to process and analyze the collected data.The empirical research results show that authentic leadership has a positive effect on employee creativity and self-efficacy;self-efficacy has a positive effect on the creativity of employees;at the same time,self-efficacy has a positive effect on authentic leadership and employee creativity.The relationship plays an intermediary role.It is explained that the leadership style can affect the individual's internal psychological state,rather than just for exchange needs or obligation perception.However,the adjustment of the power distance has not been supported by the sample data.This remains to be further explored.This article expands the research ideas of authentic leadership,from the perspective of intrinsic motivation,which explores the mechanism of the influence of real-type leadership on employee creativity,and enriches the existing theoretical research.At the same time,this article also brings some inspiration to management practice.The first is to help the company's human resources department to more fully understand the factors that affect employee creativity,and provide inspiration for corporate managers to more effectively manage and build employee creativity.In the future,the competition of enterprises is not only the competition of the efficiency of thefactory's assembly line,but also the competition of the overall structural efficiency of the organization.All this,in the final analysis,is the competition of talents.Therefore,the managers of the company must make efforts from various angles to improve employees creativity.The second is to provide new ideas for the career development of employees.In short,the study of authentic leadership will have a significant and positive impact on companies and employees. |
