At present,the increase of disposable income and the release of consumer purchasing power provide great opportunities for the development of domestic department store and retail industry.On the one hand,the market scale of department store and retail business has expanded unprecedentedly due to people's increasing consumption demand.On the other hand,the retail market is fully open.Multinational chains and local department stores are fighting against each other.The industry is facing fierce market competition.In the market competition,some advanced management concepts and methods have been promoted.But some department stores still expose many deficiencies in operation and management,especially in talent training management.The purpose of this article is to study the relationship between enterprise training and employee and enterprise development.It constructs an employee training system from the aspects of demand analysis,project design,project implementation and effect evaluation.It starts with current situation of human resources and training system of B department store in Xiamen Branch.Aiming at the special group of front-line managers,this article uses the methods of theoretical research,case analysis and a questionnaire survey of current training system to analyze the existing problems of B department store in Xiamen Branch.Based on this,this article uses some modern training theory tools such as competency model and Kirkpatrick's 4 level evaluation tool to put forward some specific solutions.Unlike other training system studies,this article has the following innovations:to analyze training work from the perspective of enterprise strategy and training process;to probe into the construction of enterprise strategy-oriented training system and its relationship with realization of enterprise goals and personal development of employees from the perspective of competency.In theory,this article constructs a new competency analysis model based on existing researches.To a certain extent,it expands the research in related fields.In practice,this article studies the training system of front-line managers of B department store in Xiamen Branch,It has optimized the training system to provide feasible reference for human resources management and solve the management bottleneck.Meanwhile,it also provides some references for current human resources research of department store.
