In the process of the sustainable development of our national economy, the state-owned enterprises are playing an increasingly important role in some key departments and fields. The "Decision" of the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee proposes developing the mixed ownership economy.Besides, the two unwaveringly in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC dialectically and uniformly clarifies our government's attitude towards the relationship between the public and non-public economies, due to many historical problems of state-owned enterprises, the focus of mixed ownership reform has remained at the theoretical level for many years.During the reform process, many state-owned enterprises have participated in the reform of mixed ownership. The focus of this paper is on the corporate governance issue after the reform of mixed ownership, especially the impact of equity allocation on the enterprises performance.Based on the theme of mixed ownership reform in state-owned enterprises, this paper starts with the background, significance and thinking of the choice of the topic, summarizes the relevant theories, then analyzes the reform cases of China Unicom's mixed ownership system, and the equity allocation. Finally, some ideas are obtained and conclusions are drawn. In order to comprehensively analyze the impact of mixed ownership reform on the enterprises performance, case analysis method, literature analysis method and other research methods are applied in this paper.By doing so,it is hoped that the state-owned enterprises performance can be improved by introducing the mixed ownership reform.Through the research and analysis,we know that China Unicom performance has got some improvement by introducing strategic investors, which has optimized equity allocation. However, due to state-owned assets management, corporate culture, the short introduction time and other issues,China Unicom performance has not yet fully emerged after the mixed ownership reform. It is helpful in setting an example for mixed ownership reform of private enterprises and promoting the reform of state-owned enterprise by analyzing the introduction of mixed ownership in China Unicom.Of course, there are still many areas where state-owned enterprises need to be improved, and we need to study them more systematically.
