Research On Quality Analysis And Improvement Strategy Of Raw Material Supply System Of S Company

Under the new normal,supply-side structural reform of the real economy is the focus of economic development.Taking S company as the research object,this paper studies the quality analysis and improvement of raw material supply for enterprises.S company adopts multi-variety and small-batch ordering mode with many suppliers.However,due to the traditional management ideas of raw material supply system,the functions of departments are still at the operational level,poor coordination,low information sharing,extensive supplier management,and low procurement efficiency,S company has high supply cost,unstable quality,low efficiency and other issues.Raw material supply system is a complex system composed of many processes.Guided by the idea of system management and based on the method of quality management,this paper integrates the theories of purchasing management,supplier management and raw material management.Firstly,the present situation of raw material supply system in S company is analyzed from four aspects: function management,resource management,supply realization,and improvement system,and the existing quality problems are extracted,and the causes of the problems are analyzed,so as to refine the existing quality problems and analyze the causes of the problems.Secondly,after determining the functional structure of each subsystem and combing the influencing mechanism,the model of raw material supply system of S company is constructed.Then,the existing problems of S company's raw material supply system are combined with this model to find the relevant factors that lead to the problem,and the influence paths among the factors are analyzed by using the correlation graph method,the importance of each factor is determined by using the AHP method,and the important factors are screened out by using the pareto diagram method.Finally,according to the selected important factors,the improvement strategies are put forward in four aspects: Department cooperation,supplier management,procurement process and information mechanism.
