Research On The Construction Of Training System For Project Manager In Z Construction Enterprise

With the normalization of China's economic development,the competition in the construction industry is becoming increasingly fierce.Project managers play a more and more important role in the development of construction enterprises,and their relevant quality is the precondition to play a role.Practice has proved that according to the actual situation of project management and the post competency of project managers,the training system of project managers is established to enhance the ability of project managers.Therefore,the establishment of project training system based on competency is an urgent problem for construction enterprises to improve the level of project management.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of the project manager training system in Z construction enterprises,and finds that the corresponding training system from the perspective of competency can better solve the existing problems.Then,with the help of competency theory and questionnaire survey method,the competency model of Z construction enterprise project manager is established from three aspects of personal ability,business ability and professional knowledge ability,and the training system of project manager is established based on the model.Thirdly,it clarifies the application of the training system from the aspects of training demand analysis,training content,training lecturer management,training effect evaluation and so on.Finally,the paper puts forward some safeguards from the aspects of establishing the training management system of competency model,updating the competency model and learning map in time.According to the development trend of construction industry and the establishment method of competency model,this paper constructs a training system for project managers in construction enterprises,which can be used for reference in improving the quality of project managers in other construction enterprises in China.
