With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard,the development speed of enterprises is faster and faster.Performance management,as an important link between the strategic objectives and the daily business activities,has been paid more and more attention in the modern enterprise management.In the study of enterprise management in China,performance management also occupies an important position.As a special enterprise with cultural background and operation mode,the performance management mode of the state-owned enterprise needs to be improved,for example,the content of performance assessment is not pertinent,and the evaluation and salary have no effective connection.Taking the performance appraisal of A company of state-owned grain enterprises as an example,this paper analyzes the problems in the assessment from the content of assessment and the feedback mechanism of assessment,and puts forward some suggestions,which is helpful to the reform of the performance appraisal of the state-owned enterprises.
