Chinese business environment is transforming gradually with uplift by its economy as well as society.Internet economy has become a brand-new phenomenon in China.New players,especially Chinese Internet start-ups,have soared quantitatively and contribute tremendously to national economy and welfare.However,most of Internet start-ups are facing both endogenous and exogenous challenges such as brain drain,inadequate experience,limited resources,and market complexities.These challenges slow the paces of Internet start-ups and even destroy some eventually.Thus,researches on Internet start-ups managerial efficiency is vital for Internet industry and even for Chinese economy.Considering above,this thesis aims to demonstrate a new insight of human resource management of Internet start-ups.The author takes advantage of field materials in company A,an Internet education start-up,and conducts single-case approach to analysis current states and future development of its market team.This article used various sources of data,such as annual reports,interviews and field observations,to demonstrate developing process of company A's market team.The author argues that company A's market team should improve in organization structure,talent recruitment,personal training,and performance appraisal.Last but not the least,this article establishes and encourages a four-factors model of human resource management in Internet start-ups market team,which are efficient organizational structure,reasonable recruitment methods,suitable training solution,flexible evaluation and motivation.This article combines classic theories of management with practical problems,and provides reference for researches and practice of human resource management in Internet start-ups.
